A sparkling white wine, 100% Clairette, which is perfect for any special event or apéritif. The name Clairette in French means “light one” which fits perfectly for our Cuvée M – light, fresh and crisp.This sparkling wine can also be paired with seafood and even dessert. Its elegance reflects the terroir of the chateau, an ancient priory built by the Benedictine monks in the 12th Century.
